The Anderson School (P.S. 334) serves students living in any of the five boroughs of New York City. We are deeply committed to ethnic, economic, and social diversity.
There are three different admissions procedures for Anderson.
The Department of Education coordinates all admissions for our Kindergarten – 5th grade classes, and they use one procedure for Kindergarten – 3rd grade and another for 4th and 5th grades. Two kindergarten classes are accepted each year. Students are admitted to grades 1 through 5 as space permits.
The Anderson School has school-based admissions for attrition seats in our 6th and 7th grades. We do not accept any new students into 8th grade.
