VOLUNTEER! It takes the whole community to make this event successful. There are so many ways to get involved. Contact email@example.com to talk about how you’d like to contribute.
Please, please, please READ your emails from us throughout the school year. We will definitely be sending you at least one or two – please don’t delete them – they will be brimming with fun and important information about the event, theme, donation contests, participation numbers, etc., (and maybe even a surprise or two).
ASK for donations. Ask anyone and everyone.
- Stores you frequent
- Schools where your children take extracurricular classes
- Shops in your neighborhood
- Friends in broadway shows
- Family with interesting connections
- Neighbors with vacation homes
- Strangers on street
- ANYONE & EVERYONE
Let them know it’s for a great cause, to support our public school. Many people are happy to give, it’s true. It’s easy, we promise!

Look out for our ONLINE Auctions prior to and post the main event on March 7th. Details will be emailed out.
ATTEND the Auction. Buy tickets for you and family members to come to the event. Get dressed up, dance, schmooze, buy a few things, and have a blast.
BID BID BID. It’s a party, sure, but it’s a fundraiser first. Let’s get in there and raise money for our kids!
