29th Annual Anderson Auction

The Auction is by far, one of the most fun events of the school year!

You don’t want to miss it, so mark your calendars now for March 6, 2021. This year, the whole family is invited to our largest fundraiser of the year!

The funds we raise through the Auction allow us to continue to provide our children with all the wonderful enrichment programs and extra resources they receive such as:

  • Foreign Language
  • Chess
  • Music
  • Fitness & Wellness Initiatives
  • Teaching Assistants
  • Classroom Technology
  • School Equipment
  • …and so much more!

Without the PTA’s fundraising efforts, we would have to reconsider the viability of each of these programs.

 

 

 

I’M AN ORGANIZATION (DONOR), WHAT CAN I DO?

You can fill out and submit a donation form along with your donation item (certificate, physical item, etc) so we can include it in our event.
*Your item will be included in our online auction in the spring.

VOLUNTEER!
It takes the whole community to make this event successful. There are so many ways to get involved. Contact auctionchair@andersonpta.org to talk about how you’d like to contribute.


Please, please, please READ your emails from us throughout the school year. We will definitely be sending you at least one or two – please don’t delete them – they will be brimming with fun and important information about the event, theme, donation contests, participation numbers, etc., (and maybe even a surprise or two).


ASK
for donations. Ask anyone and everyone.

    • Schools where your children take extracurricular classes
    • Shops in your neighborhood
    • Restaurants
    • Friends in Broadway shows
    • Family with interesting connections
    • Neighbors with vacation homes
    • Strangers on street
    • ANYONE & EVERYONE
      Let them know it’s for a great cause, to support our public school. Many people are happy to give, it’s true. It’s easy, we promise!

ENCOURAGE
your fellow parents to get donations – we track family participation (COMPLETED donation submissions) and offer pop up contests throughout the year.


Look out for our ONLINE Auction prior to and post the virtual event on March 6th. Details will be emailed out.
